First Saturday on October 7th, 2023!

Every First Saturday, the Pacific Tsunami Museum puts on a free event for Kama’āina with Valid State ID to visit the museum Free of Cost!

Bring your ‘ohana and immerse yourselves in the rich mo’olelo (stories) shared by our beloved kūpuna who have been directly impacted by Hilo’s tsunamis, International Tsunamis and Natural Hazards.

Local Musician @bigislandlifer will be entertaining with local tunes! And Something new! @kookieskreations_butterbombz will be there selling cookies and goodies. You can also enter the ‘Ohana Membership Giveaway to win a Year-long membership for the family!
